Product Description

We offer OEM spare parts & accessories for electronic appliances, mechanical device machine parts through powder metallurgy (PM) and Metal injection molding (MIM) process.

Powder blending: A homogeneous alloy powders is prepared. Depending on the requirement character, other alloys and lubricants may be added.

Compaction: A controlled amount of the mixed powder is put into a precision die and pressed at a controlled pressure. The loose mixing powder is consolidated and densified into a shaped model.

Sintering: The compact part is heated in a protective atmosphere furnace to a suitable temperature below the metal melting point.

Advantages of Powder Metallurgy

  • No further finishing needed due to good surface finish.
  • Maintains close dimensional tolerances.
  • Materials can be heat treated for increased strength or wear resistance.
  • Less wastage of raw material; economical for mass production.
  • Ability to create complex shapes and controlled porosity for self-lubrication.

Metal Injection Molding (MIM) is a branch of powder metallurgy. It is a metalworking process in which finely-powdered metal is mixed with binder material to create a "feedstock" that is then shaped and solidified using injection molding.

MIM is successful in saving lead times and costs, providing significant benefits to manufacturers, and is considered a green technology due to reduced wastage.
