How can I get a sample?
We usually provide existing samples for quality checks. For custom designs, a small sample charge applies, which is refundable upon reaching certain order quantities.
How is the shipping handled?
For smaller orders, we use couriers like FEDEX or DHL. For larger bulk orders, we can ship by sea using either our forwarder or yours.
Can the price be negotiated?
The price depends on your specific demands (shape, size, quantity). Generally, better pricing is available for large-scale orders.
Why is there a sample fee?
We need to source materials for customized designs, cover printing/embroidery costs, and designer labor. We take full responsibility for your samples until they are perfect.
What are your payment terms?
We typically accept T/T with a 30% deposit, and the remaining balance is cleared after the order is finished.
