What is Vacuum Casting?

Vacuum casting technology uses a prototype (SLA laser rapid prototyping or CNC products) to create a silicone mold under vacuum. Materials like PU or ABS are poured under vacuum conditions to clone prototypes. This is a low-cost, efficient solution for small batch production and complex engineering samples.

1. Master Pattern & Silicone Mold

Create a silicone mold using a master made by CNC machining and 3D printing.

Place the silicone mold into the vacuum molding machine.

3. Resin Injection

Inject liquid epoxy resin and heat to cure the material.

4. Curing & Demolding

After curing, remove the part. One silicone mold can be reused up to 20 times.
